After identifying appropriate numerical models describing the processes taking pace inside the fuel cells, the simulation codes developed in linux on the openFOAM platform help us study the influence of various operating and manufacture parameters on the performance of PEM fuel cells in a way that is precise and far cheaper than using experimental methods.
